Dear Maddalena,
Sorry to hear about the cancellation of the visit, once again, we would like to express our readiness to organize relevant meetings for the delegation of Albania. Considering ongoing busy working schedule of the relevant representatives of the Ministry, unfortunately the proposed dates (October 29-30,2018) does not work for us, Mid November would be more acceptable period of time for organizing study visit.
Please confirm if the proposed period is acceptable for you.
With best regards,
Mariana

Dear Mariana,
Many thanks for your openness and help. I am extremely sorry to inform you that the dates do not work well for the Bank given to our previous travel commitments Lorena and myself (project team leaders from the WB side) are not able to accompany the Albania delegation during that time (October 3-5).
I am planning my next visit to Tbilisi on October 29-30. Would those two days be good for you?
I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience,
Maddalena

Dear Maia,
I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to follow up on the timing for the Albania’s delegation visit so that we can start arranging the logistics. We would be available to accompany them either the week of July 9th or the last week of July or in the Fall. We expect that 2-3 days will be enough, including a one day field trip. We will follow your guidance though on the schedule and modality.
We look forward to hearing from on a date that could work for the Ministry.
With warm regards,
Maddalena

Dear Maia,
Thank you for the materials from the workshop. We really appreciate your prompt action.
On a separate note, we discussed during the meeting that representatives from the Government of Albania would like to visit Georgia and learn more about the TSA program. The goal of the visit is to learn about:
During our meeting, Ms. Nino Odisharia mentioned that this visit can be arranged, but she wanted us to discuss dates with you. Actually, my colleague Maddalena (copied in this email) will be organizing the study tour, so can you please keep her informed? Would it be possible to do this study tour in July? Again, Maddalena will send more details.
Thank you,
Ihsan
