I would like to kindly address you on behalf of Ms. Sopo Belkania.

Since in the text of MoU is included the logo of the EASL ILF, we suppose that it would be relevant to include the logo of the Ministry as well. Therefore, I am sending the final version of the MoU with the logo of the Ministry and separately the logo itself, in case of necessity.

Would you be kind to print out the Geo alternate or our delegation needs to bring the copy with them?

Thank you for provided feedback on MoU and ToR.

 

In addition to our previous comment on paragraph 6 of the MoU, please be informed that the settlement of dispute by arbitration also requires governmental procedures and its consequent approval, which will take about one or two week. Therefore, kindly ask you to modify this paragraph in the following manner: “Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of this MoU shall be resolved by consultations between the Parties”.

First, let me take the opportunity to congratulate you all on an excellent meeting these past 2 days, and thank you for having the EASL International Liver Foundation attend.

As you know we will be holding a press conference on 13^th April 11.00 – 11.30am for the launch of the EILF Centre of Excellence in Viral Hepatitis Elimination in Georgia, and if you agree, we hope to be able to hold a ceremonial signing of the agreement.
