Dear Tamar,

I didn’t want to disturb with this during the WHO Regional Committee.

Our Regional Office is organizing a series of webinars on evidence-informed policy making, including in COVID times, and asks for nominations.

In the nomination letter they mention Ketevan Goginashvili and Nino Jinjolava, who attended similar events previously and are considered as suitable candidates.

Please feel free to accept the suggested candidates or nominate other persons.

Looking forward to your answer,

With best regards,

Silviu

Dear Silviu,

We have a kind request to facilitate nominations to a series of 6 webinars during the period of 6 October – 4 November on evidence-informed policy-making, which includes also COVID times. In addition, it provides focused and mentored skill building exercise over the course of subsequent webinars. The series have been made possible by the donor funding to Uzbekistan, and we are happy to extend the possibility to other countries from EECA countries - Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Ukraine. This series is a continuation of the multicountry meeting that took place at Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, in February this year.

For further information, please see the attached Scope and Purpose and Provisional Programme.

Attached please find a nomination letter for the meeting. We would be grateful, if you would take care of the forwarding and distribution of this letter together with the Scope and Purpose and the Provisional Programme.

Please let us know, if you have any queries or comments to this.

Thank you in advance for your kind assistance,

Best regards,

Marge Reinap
