Dear Viktor,
We understand reasons. However it is very important to know exactly when tests will be delivered to Georgia.
Please update us on timeline(s) whenever possible.
Kind regards,
Nino

Subject: Important Issue regarding shipment
Dear Maia and Nino
I hope you are good.
I would like to announce regarding shipment.
1. 1st dispatch – 1,365 Kit
It is confirmed that it will be shipped on 25th of September, earliest schedule which we can arrange.
2. 2nd dispatch – 6,635 Kit
We are arranging flight, 27th of September. But it has not confirmed yet. I`m sorry to say but I have to indicate very important issue.
If you ship on the 27th, a slightly higher shipping fee will be charged than the previously announced shipping fee. It is because the last week of September is Thanksgiving day in Korea, 30 of Sep ~ 4th of Oct. It is the end of the month and the holidays are overlapping, so airlines are avoiding oversized cargo.
Therefore, it is difficult to confirm now that the remaining 6,635 Kits will be available for the second shipment. In this case, a third shipment may occur, and additional shipping charges will be added.
We will try to dispatch it ASAP without any problem. Please understand this hard situation.
If any concerns, please let me know.
Best regards,
