Subject: RE: Important Issue regarding shipment
Dear Maia and Nino
I hope you are good.
I have 2 points would like to announce you.
1. 2nd shipment – 27th of September
In order to ship all the 6,635 kits in the second shipment, we made a difficult request to the airline and booked a schedule.
SD Biosensor will not be able to cooperate with Turkish Airline again if this flight schedule is canceled, as we are shipping by replacing other items with our products.
2. Freight cost
As a result of checking with Ms danbi, the shipping cost of the flight schedule after the holidays is the same. If you want a lower shipping cost, we have to cancel booked flight schedule. In this case, as mentioned above, collaboration with Turkish Airline will be impossible anymore.
Concern above details, please confirm this flight schedule.
If decision is delayed, we cannot ship the product as we mentioned.
Give us feedback within today.
If any concerns, please let me know.
Best regards,

Dear Victor,
Thank you so much for your efforts and cooperation.
We confirm that 1st shipment: 25th of September – 1,365 KIT is completely acceptable for us.
However, we have a concern regarding the 2nd delivery.
The Ministry prefers to reschedule 2nd shipment (27th of September – 6,635 KIT) over the next two weeks, if it is possible, to avoid the Freight cost changing.
We understand that it is a difficult situation with the flights, however, we would appreciate it if could try to arrange to load all 6,635Kits without modification in the Contract Price.
Looking forward to hearing from you as early as possible.

Dear Nino and Maia
I hope you are good.
I`m really appreciate your kind understanding.
Below is confirmed flight schedule we arranged.
1. Shipment
1st shipment: 25th of September – 1,365 KIT
2nd shipment: 27th of September – 6,635 KIT -> We have successfully arranged to load all 6,635Kits in the second shipment. It is difficult to cancel the flight schedule because it is hard to book in a situation where there is a lot of volume. Therefore, please confirm this schedule. Refer to system, 2nd flight will be landed to Georgia on very next day, 28th of September.
2. Freight cost
Freight cost has been changed from 60,500 USD to 68,520 USD.
I would appreciate if you confirm whether it is acceptable to change the contents of the contract and send it to you.
If any concerns, please let me know.

Subject: Important Issue regarding shipment
Dear Maia and Nino
I hope you are good.
I would like to announce regarding shipment.
1. 1st dispatch – 1,365 Kit
It is confirmed that it will be shipped on 25th of September, earliest schedule which we can arrange.
2. 2nd dispatch – 6,635 Kit
We are arranging flight, 27th of September. But it has not confirmed yet. I`m sorry to say but I have to indicate very important issue.
If you ship on the 27th, a slightly higher shipping fee will be charged than the previously announced shipping fee. It is because the last week of September is Thanksgiving day in Korea, 30 of Sep ~ 4th of Oct. It is the end of the month and the holidays are overlapping, so airlines are avoiding oversized cargo.
Therefore, it is difficult to confirm now that the remaining 6,635 Kits will be available for the second shipment. In this case, a third shipment may occur, and additional shipping charges will be added.
We will try to dispatch it ASAP without any problem. Please understand this hard situation.
If any concerns, please let me know.
Best regards,
