Dear Governance Committee members

In advance of tomorrow’s informal Governance Committee session we would like to share with you again the paper from the September Board meeting, where Section 3 describes the proposed COVAX Facility governance structure, including a schematic, and Appendix 2 which provides a detailed description of the different bodies which are laid out in the schematic.

You may also find useful the attached slides which provide an overview of a couple of end-to-end processes of the COVAX Facility.

I will shortly send to you an updated calendar invitation containing the link to the WebEx platform which we will be using for the meeting.

Colleagues from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (normally either Alex Chosich or Sophia Lugo) will be reaching out to you to provide information in relation to registering to use the Miro tool which is the WhiteBoard they are proposing to use during the session.
