My name is Thom Hyde, and I am a political officer at the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi where I cover cyber policy.  I am emailing regarding a potential cybersecurity activity that our colleagues at the Department of Defense (Mike Dunson, CCed) would be interest in providing for the National Center of Disease Control’s computer networks.  We  would be happy to meet with you and NCDC colleagues to provide further detail on the proposed activity.  We would be available to meet with you in the near future – we would be available tomorrow afternoon if you and your colleagues are available.
