I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Nino Gvenetadze, Procurement Consultant  under WB’s Georgia Emergency COVID-19 Response Project.

I am writing  at the request of  Ms. Nino Kvernadze, on behalf of the PIU.

Please be noted that we have obtained a principal agreement from the WB regarding the procurement of the service.

Accordingly, we  are able to proceed with WB procurement procedures. In this regard, I am sharing with you the Form of the draft contract along with relevant Forms (summary of costs and breakdown of remuneration)  that should be filled in by the service provider. 

It should be defined, what type of contact is appropriate for this service, either  LUMP-SUM” or “TIME-BASED contract (details you can find in the draft contract).

In addition, please find attached ANNEX 1:  draft Terms of Reference.  As the service to be provided, by your company, is very specific, you kindly asked to prepare the ToR in accordance with the enclosed draft that should be an integral part of the contract.
