On 30th of August I have forwarded to you the filled out hotel reservation forms for Mr. Modebadze Tamaz and Mr. Nikoladze Lasha.
Would you please be so kind to confirm the reservation?
And on more question, is it possible to add one more reservation for the additional guest?
