Right you are, we expect nomination of 2 experts in HRH from Georgia to the meeting in Minsk, Belarus, and WHO will cover their flight in economy class, , accommodation and meals, which will be pre-paid directly to the Hotel Beijing in Minsk.  

We made a block booking for all participants for 2 nights with arrival on Monday, 15 October, and departure on Wednesday, 17 October 2018.

 

Participants will receive USD 75 to pay their own a dinner on arrival in Minsk, 15 Oct., and airport transfer, which they should arrange themselves – either take a taxi or book http://airport.by/en/tourism/transfer  it costs approx. USD 15 one way.

I would like to address you regarding the sub-regional meeting with national counterparts on HRH and health statistics, which is to be held in Minsk on October 16-17, 2018.

In the invitation letter is indicated that Georgia is eligible to nomination two relevant representatives. Would  you be kind to inform us which costs will be covered by the WHO?
