To this end, we would  appreciate if you could please take into consideration our travel schedule and availability to travel to Georgia either the week of July 8^th, or the last week of July, or the second half of September or October.

Thank you for the materials from the workshop.  We really appreciate your prompt action.

 

On a separate note, we discussed during the meeting that representatives from the Government of Albania would like to visit Georgia and learn more about the TSA program.  The goal of the visit is to learn about:

• The policy and the legislation of this system
•  The process of application for economic aid, the social economic  assessments of the families/individuals in need
• The implementation of the PMT formula and MIS.
• Defining eligibility, the benefits and the subsidies
• What was the impact evaluation of this system
• The inspection methodology and procedures, sanctions, fraud and errors.
• Meetings in Central, Regional and Local level institutions that are responsible for the implementation of the system.

 

During our meeting, Ms. Nino Odisharia mentioned that this visit can be arranged, but she wanted us to discuss dates with you.  Actually, my colleague Maddalena (copied in this email) will be organizing the study tour, so can you please keep her informed?  Would it be possible to do this study tour in July?  Again, Maddalena will send more details.
