This is a Generic monthly email to update all Member States regarding their outstanding balance due on their assessed contribution to WHO.
Dear Sir or Madam,
This is to inform you that our records indicate that as of the end of August 2020, we have not received yet the full payment for your Government’s assessed contribution due.
Please note that all assessed contribution (AC) documents including your Notice of Assessment and Individual Statement of Account are available on the WHO website at the following link:

When making your remittance, kindly ensure to pay the contribution in the currency invoiced i.e. US Dollar invoices should be settled in US Dollars and Swiss Franc invoices should be settled in Swiss Francs to avoid foreign exchange differences when applying payments against invoices.
Payments towards Assessed Contribution should be made to the following bank accounts:
Under Financial Regulation 6.4, Assessed Contributions are due on 1 January of each calendar year. Prompt payment by the Member States is essential in order to ensure that the necessary financial resources are available for the implementation of the Programme Budget. We would therefore be grateful to your Government for the payment of the outstanding contribution as soon as possible.
If in the meantime, you have already made your payment, please disregard this message and accept our thanks. The remittance will be recorded and reflected in the statement of account for the following month, and you should not be receiving any further reminders.
