WHO HQ can fund one delegate for low and middle income countries. According to the latest World Bank classification this would apply to GEO.

 

FAO and OIE will not formally invite delegates from animal health and agrarian sector. It is also not guaranteed that FAO and OIE will be able to fund more participants. The MOH is expected to reach out to their counterparts from animal health, agriculture and environment to encourage their participation. They may ask FAO/OIE for financial support directly if that applies.
