Dear Victor,
As you are aware we have received a notification letter from your company warning that SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Antigen Tests contained non-confirmed sample collection swabs as per the EC Directives.
In this regard, we are now in the process of checking with the end-user if the SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Antigen Tests, that we have received in the month of August, contain the mentioned batches and we will get back to you with updated information shortly.
Meanwhile could you please confirm that Ag/Ab total tests we have received this month do not have any similar problems?
Lot No. of the received tests, according to the packing lists and commercial invoices are the following:
QCO6020002A - 1053 packs
QCO6020003A – 312 packs
QCO6020005A – 2055 packs
QCO6020006A – 3719 packs
QCO6020007A - 861 packs
If there are no problems with listed lots, you are kindly asked to provide us with a signed Delivery- Acceptance act for the rest amount of the test as early as possible.
