Dear Mayuko, I am sending the letter on behalf of Avtandil Talakvadze, Of course we are interested in the support and assistance of the Japanese government, especially in field of emergency medical care service, but we did not identify clearly what kind of information is needed to be sent, and what is the format of official application. The most our interest is ambulance vehicles and emergency medical equipment, meanwhile the construction of medical facilities will be provided from other donors. We kindly ask you to explain us what activities we should take to get JICA’s aid. Waiting for you response.
