Dear Zaza, I was waiting for a reply,but I submitted the draft final report on Friday (12/14).Because we were prompted by JICA ... Since modification and editing will occur after JICA's commnet, we will add information if you will reply. If you have already consulted with other donors and you do not need assistance, please let me know. In other area's project (I reported in May and June), JICA started public offering and project will start Jan and Feb.There are more than 3 projects ,2 projects are healthcare. And other ministry(JAPAN) started public offering and I already get project.Unfortunately it is not a Georgia project.I miss Georgia... There is always no response other Ministry (except your Ministry), it is difficult to support because there is insufficient information. If JICA's schedule is very slow ,we ask other donor or ministry.
