At that time, I tell them four plans that Mr.ZAZA had talked about. after We will share the information to JICA. Mr. ZAZA said that JICA did not reply to letters on emergency medical care last year. JICA alredy answed.(I checked) may be it is stopped at the embassy or the government and has not reached the Ministry of Health. As my advice, I recommend that you submit letters to JICA this year as well. I told to JICA head office and Tbilisi office. JICA takes time to consider. It is necessary to display intention without giving up.
