Once again, I would like to kindly address you regarding the Mental Health Hospital Project, which is one of the important initiatives of our mutual partnership.

 

Recently appointed Deputy Minister Dr. Tamar Gabunia (I CC her in this correspondence) who is in charge of health direction, expressed her interest regarding the implementation of the Mental Health project, therefore, once again, we kindly ask you to update us on current status of the project in order to start further negotiations and proceed with project implementation activities.

 

In addition, we are also waiting response on the letter of the grant project: “Strengthening technical capacity of infectious diseases control service in Georgia” (Please, find enclosed letter from Chinese Embassy and corresponding letter from the Ministry).

 

We would highly appreciate if you could provide the requested information as soon as possible.

I would like to kindly address you regarding the Mental Health Hospital Project. The Agreement (Note of Reply) on implementation of the project entered into force from 1st of November, 2018. As we were informed from the MFA of Georgia, Chinese side required about 3 months to finalize their administrative procedures. To start negotiations on the project details, please inform us the current status of the project.

 

In addition, I would like to inform you that we are still waiting response on the letter of the grant project: “Strengthening technical capacity of infectious diseases control service in Georgia” (Please, find enclosed letter from Chinese Embassy and corresponding letter from the Ministry).
