It is possible to host the application yourself. There are some technical questions from our side:

 

Who shall be managing the backend to e.g. renew license keys and adapt new software versions of plugins?

 

How are you planning updates of operating systems that might involve both the mobile and backend application?

 

Will you be doing feature enhancements on all platforms (iOS, Android, backend) yourself?

Dear Maia,

 

following our exchange since July 24 via WhatsApp, I am requesting the feedback of your Ministry, if Georgia wants to continue with the App „Stop Covid“.

 

We proposed & contracted the implementation + monitoring/service fee for a period of three months (April 14 – July 14, 2020). After three months, the service-fee is Euro 15,000 per month, which is not contracted yet. As a reference, please find our signed contract & invoice attached.

 

I highly appreciate your feedback at your earliest convenience & remain at your disposal.
