Dear Mr. Alexander Turdziladze,
My name is Thisara and I work with the team in Melbourne. I will be assisting with the local arrangements for the workshop in Bangkok, Thailand.
While we will book and pay for your flights and accommodation directly, if you do not already hold a valid Thai visa you will need to apply for a Thai visa yourself as you will be required to schedule
and attend an in-person interview at your nearest Thai Embassy or Consulate in Georgia.
As the visa process can take some time I suggest starting your application and scheduling your appointment as soon as possible.
VISA APPLICATION AND FEE:
The visa fee is $80 USD and will need to be paid locally at the time of the interview.
In order for the university to arrange reimbursement of the visa cost to you, please fill in and return the attached supplier form with your bank account information for reimbursement along with
a copy of the receipt to me via email.
You will be required to show an invitation letter from the university when applying for a visa which we have provided. Should you require any further supporting documentation from us for your visa
application please let me know.
You may be required to show your flight itinerary when applying for a visa.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Once you know your preferred departure and return dates/times, please fill in and return the attached travel preference form. Once received a travel consultant will be in touch to confirm and book
flight options based on your preferences.
