Greetings from Canberra – I hope you and your family are well and healthy.

 

I wanted to reach out to you as Gavi Board Vice Chair, following recent committee meetings and ahead of the next Board meeting, to hear your perspective on the current priorities of the Gavi Board.  I really valued the opportunity to speak with a number of Implementing Country Ministers before the last board meeting to find out views on a number of key issues.

 

The Board meeting next week will have some significant conversations about the COVAX Facility and the AMC, which will have significant impacts.  Given these discussions, if you would like to speak ahead of the next Board meeting I would be very happy to do so.  However I recognise how busy your schedule is, and that the AMC briefings are being held this week, so I understand if this is not possible.

 

If you are free for a call, I am very happy to be flexible about timing, given the timezones.  Would 12.00pm your time (6.00pm Canberra) on Monday 28 September be possible for you?
