Let me first, kindly introduce you myself. I’m Nikoloz Chanadiri the Head of the Apparatus of Director at the Social Service Agency (SSA) of Georgia.

Three representative of the Social Service Agency:

1.      Mr. Mikheil Dundua – Deputy Minister and Director of SSA

2.      Mr. Tamaz Modebadze – Deputy Director of SSA

3.      Mrs. Tinatin Azaladze – Deputy Head of Department of Administration of Universal Healthcare Program

We registered for the WHO Barcelona Course on Health Financing for Universal Health Coverage, to be held in Barcelona from the 15 to 19 October, 2018.

Please be kindly informed that on 29^th of August Mr. Mikheil Dundua, the Deputy minister and Director of SSA resigned from the post. As for Mrs. Azaladze Tinatin, she also cancels her participation in the course. Therefore, according to the decision of the management of the SSA, we would like to kindly ask you to substitute the two participants, Mr. Mikhail Dundua and Mrs. Azalaze Tinatin with the following candidates:

1.      Mr. Levan Gogodze, Acting Director of Social Service Agency

And

2.      Myself, Nikoloz Chanadiri, Head of Apparatus of Director of Social Service Agency

Knowing that, the registration deadline has already passed, if the substitution is still possible, we would be very thankful to have the personal invitations for our administration procedures and the course material to prepare the participation.
