We hope this email finds you well and safe during this difficult time of a pandemic.

Regretfully, in March of this year we had to cancel last minute the delivery of the WHO Barcelona Course on Health Financing. Sadly, the current situation with COVID-19 in Spain and all over the European region does not allow us to plan for any face-to-face events in 2020. However, we are keen to deliver this course in 2021 and we would like to explore your interest in attending it, as you were accepted this year.

Please let us know if we should keep you enrolled for next year’s course which we plan to deliver either in March or in October depending on the COVID-19 situation. While we hope we can offer the course as a face-to-face event, we also explore the possibility of developing a shorter online version using a virtual platform. Therefore, we would like to explore if you prefer to attend a face-to-face course in Barcelona (COVID-19 situation permitting) or if you would prefer to attend an online facilitated course.

Please respond to this email by choosing one of the following options:

1. Keep me enrolled to the F2F course planned for delivery in 2021
2. I prefer to attend a virtual course online
3. I am not interested in attending the course (F2F or virtual)
