As for excluding Ministry of Health of Turkey from the protocol, we, based on consultation with the Legal Department of the Ministry, consider relevant and kindly request you to leave the Ministry of Health of Turkey as a counterpart in this protocol since USHAŞ INTERNATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES INC is the state organization under the Ministry.

We made some changes : The Turkish Ministry of Health was changed to Ushaş A.Ş.
