Subject: WHO EURO RC70 Zoom links - RESTRICTED CIRCULATION
Dear Sir or Madam,
In view of the 70th session of the WHO Regional Committee for Europe, which will be held virtually on Monday, 14 September and Tuesday, 15 September, please find below the Zoom links to connect to session.
Please also carefully consider following notes:
- The two provided links below are only valid for the indicated day.
- Please, only share this link and the meeting password with authorized participants.
- The number of connections into the Zoom platform are strictly limited (max 4 for Member States; max 2 for Partners). All other participants are requested to follow the sessions through web-streaming.
- The link will be activated for connection from 07:00 AM Copenhagen time (CEST). We ask participants to connect as early as possible to give the Secretariat sufficient time for verification and to avoid any delay in starting the meeting on time.
- Once connecting to Zoom, participants will stay in the virtual waiting room before being admitted into the virtual meeting – this can take several minutes, thank you for your patience.
- In order to ensure a quick process of verification, please follow the naming convention as indicate in the guide for participants (p7), to identify yourself in the meeting.
- Please keep the connection activated throughout the whole day, including the breaks.
- If you get disconnected due to any technical problem, please, reconnect again using the same link and password.
- All participants will be automatically muted. When invited to take the floor, speakers are invited to unmute themselves and to mute again after their intervention.
- Please be aware that interpretation and the “Raise Hand” function are not available if you are connected through Video Conference devices (i.e., CISCO, Polycom, etc.) or through browser. It is advised to pre-install the Zoom application software on an additional computer/tablet/mobile phone, using the same naming convention on the additional device.

- Please note that day 2 will start with a private session on nominations and election, which is restricted to only country delegates. Other participants are invited to connect early and stay in the virtual waiting room until the end of the private session (schedule to end at 9:45).

Naming convention:
When requested to provide the participants' name and meeting password, the following naming convention should be observed:
For countries:
o COUNTRY NAME 1 – Family Name of the delegate (this should be used for the Head of Delegation)
o COUNTRY NAME 2 – Family Name of the delegate
o COUNTRY NAME 3 – Family Name of the delegate
o COUNTRY NAME 4 – Family Name of the delegate
For partner organizations:
o ORGANIZATION NAME 1– Family Name of the delegate (Head of Delegation)
o ORGANIZATION NAME 2– Family Name of the delegate
