Dear Mrs Nikoleishvili,

 

I wanted to share with you a letter from Dr Seth Berkley, the CEO of Gavi, on behalf of the COVAX Facility.  

Please also find attached a guidance document which explains the requirements for the financial guarantees as well as financial guarantee templates. To confirm, we are expecting participants to pay their upfront payment and submit the financial guarantee to Gavi by 9 October. 

 

We are also attaching an illustrative timeline that helps to show what we expect to happen when over the coming months.
