Dear Silviu,

Our Administration unit is already aware about this commitment. Please, kindly inform us in advance when the car arrives on Wednesday and Guram Giorgobiani (577551113) will wait in the warehouse of the Ministry (Expo Georgia, Pavilion 4).

And also, kindly request you to provide the Act of Delivery-Acceptance excluding those taken in Abkhazia.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Maia

Dear Tamar,

I got an urgent request from the laboratory in Sukhumi, Abkhazia – they are running out of gloves and asked to send them at least a small quantity, to cover the urgent needs.

May I take 2 boxes (1000 gloves each) from the arrived cargo and send them?

There will be a UN car going to Sukhumi on Wednesday.

Thank you and best regards,

Silviu

Dear Tamar,

This is just to let you know about the first cargo of gloves (316,000) which is expected to arrive in Tbilisi on 15 September.

It is our understanding, there might be no space in the Ministry’s warehouse for them.

If so, then we’ll have to think about alternative solutions for temporary storage or maybe to distribute them directly to NCDC and Emergency Medicine Centre.

We  could store them until the rest  of the PPEs come and organize a handover event with EU Delegation as we discussed before, but if there is stringent need in gloves, then we can go for the second option and distribute immediately.

Let us know please what is preferable for the Ministry by Monday, and we’ll arrange everything respectively.

Thank you and best regards,

Silviu
