As we agreed over the phone, please kindly review the price and offer discount, the lowest possible price.
Please, also clarify the terms of delivery and inform us procedure necessary for immediate dispatching the goods.
As for the payment terms, please note that since we are governmental organization, it would be difficult for us to pay the total value of goods in advance. Therefore, kindly request you to consider payment after delivery or 20 percent in advance and 80 percent after receiving the goods.
And also send me all documentation related to the medication.

Thanks for sharing your requirements for Remdesivir.
We would be glad to offer 3000 Vials for 500 patients (i.e. 6 vials/patients). The delivery timelines would be 2-3 weeks (depending of receipt of Export License for Georgia).
The offer price would be USD 28.00/vial (Incoterms: CIF Tbilisi).

I would like to kindly address you from the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia regarding procuring generic form of Remdesivir manufactured by Mylan under a license from Gilead Science Inc.
Considering current epidemiological situation, we are committed to use all existing opportunities, including engagement in the study of Remdesivir for the treatment of the patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome of COVID-19 in order to avoid fatal outcomes in the infected patients as far as possible.
Therefore, we urgently need to procurer Remdesivir, initially sufficient for 500 eligible patients and kindly request you to provide us with the product price as well as terms and conditions of delivery as early as possible.
