Dear Silviu,
I was just informed by the Administration Unit of the Ministry that there are no gloves and gowns in the PPE stock. All these goods were handed to the LELP Emergency Situations Coordination and Urgent Assistance Center. However, you can take other items of PPE delivered by the WHO.
Hereby, please note that as we have already concluded delivery-acceptance act, we need to include Ministry of Reconciliation in the procedure necessary for the delivery of goods to Abkhazia.
Best regards,
Maia

Subject: WHO mission to Abkhazia
Dear Tamar,
We are planning for a WHO mission to Abkhazia, to assess the situation and needs, most probably the week of 2 November.
I attach the preliminary Scope & Purpose of the mission, which is an internal document and we do not share it publicly.
We would like to take also a small quantity of PPEs from the latest cargo we received – gloves (16,000), goggles (1,800) and gowns (1,000).
I hope this is acceptable.
I will keep you informed about the mission and its outcomes.
Thank you and best regards,
Silviu
