მოგესალმებით,

მოგეხსენებათ, რომ ბოლო ათწლეულების განმავლობაში ეროვნულ-დემოკრატიული ინსტიტუტი (NDI) რამდენიმე საარჩევნო პროცესში იყო ჩართული საქართველოში. ამ არჩევნებისთვის NDI– მ გადაწყვიტა ვირტუალური გრძელვადიანი ანალიტიკოსების გუნდით, რომელიც შედგება ცენტრალური საარჩევნო კომისიის მიერ აკრედიტირებული სხვადასხვა ქვეყნის რვა ექსპერტისგან, არჩევნების პროცესში ჩაერთოს ონლაინ პლატფორმებისა და შეხვედრების საშუალებით. გუნდი უკვე პრაქტიკულად შეხვდა ცენტრალური საარჩევნო კომისიას, პოლიტიკური პარტიებსა და კანდიდატებს, საჯარო ადმინისტრაციისა და სამოქალაქო საზოგადოების ორგანიზაციების წარმომადგენლებს.

მე გახლავართ მარსელ ნაჟი, NDI–ს ანალიტიკოსთა გუნდში ვმუშაობ საარჩევნო ადმინისტრაციის მიმართულებით. მსურს შემოგთავაოთ ონლაინ შეხვედრა სამინისტროს წარმომადგენლებთან უახლოესი დღეების განმავლობაში. ამ შეხვედრაზე მსურს განვიხილო ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროს როლი და პასუხისმგებლობა წინასაარჩევნო პერიოდში და არჩევნების დღეს, განსაკუთრებით კი თანამშრომლობა სამინისტროსა და ცესკოს და სხვა ორგანოებს შორის, ამომრჩეველთა და საარჩევნო კომისიის წევრების ეპიდემიოლოგიური დაცვის უზრუნველსაყოფად საარჩევნო პროცესების განმავლობაში, ასევე სამინისტროს წვლილი COVID–ით დაზარალებული მოქალაქეების ხმის მიცემის უფლების უზრუნველყოფის მცდელობებში.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As you may know, National Democratic Institute (NDI) has followed several electoral processes in Georgia in the last decades. For these elections, NDI has decided to deploy a virtual long term analyst team, composed of eight election experts from different countries, who are accredited as observers by the Central Election Commission, and are following the elections via online platforms and meetings. The team has already met virtually with representatives of the Central Election Commission, political parties and candidates, public administration and civil society organizations.

My name is Marcell Nagy, I work as Election Administration Analyst for the NDI Analyst Team. I would like to request an online meeting with representatives of Ministry for the coming days. During this meeting I would like to discuss the role and responsibility of the Ministry of Health in the pre-electoral period and on election day, particularly the cooperation between the Ministry and the CEC and other authorities, in order to ensure the epidemiological protection of voters and election commission members before, on and after election day; as well as Ministry’s contributions to the efforts of ensuring the voting rights of citizens affected by COVID.

I would be grateful if you could indicate me a day and time at your convenience when representative of Ministry is available to discuss about these topics online.
