Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that the Government of Georgia is developing a policy document on the National Housing Strategy, which should define the priorities of the housing sector in the country over next several years, as well as identify needs of vulnerable population groups and homeless people, and the ways of their support and assistance.

We know that during the last decade the Slovak Republic/Czech Republic also has been launching proactive policy in the housing sector, and  the main state instrument for support of housing is the State Fund for Promoting Housing (for Slovakia)/Lodging Development Fund  (in Czech Republic). As we find your experience in the housing sector very interesting for us, we would like to ask you to provide us with a charter of the above-mentioned fund, as well as any relevant recent policy document regarding the housing sector.
