The project implementation agreement on assistance to the Georgia Mental Health Hospital is already drawned up by our company, China Urban Construction Design & Research Institute Co.ltd (CUCD) , commissioned by China International Development Cooperation Agency. There are still a few items of the contract to be confirmed by you.

In article 3 paragraph 2.2, the Contact persons and contact information of the Georgian side needs to be confirmed as soon as possible.

In article 10 paragraph 2.2,  we have deleted the relevant contents according to your request , please confirm it.        

In attachment II. Land Permit for Construction. We only received Senaki Mayor’s block diagram, we don’t find Telavi Mayor’s block diagram, Please give us one if it's convenient. We hope you'd better give us the coordinates and elevations as well.

The contract is attached，please check it.
