Dear Triin,

Hope you are well, I was informed that the Minister will not be able to participate in the SPS mission on proposed dates ( from July 20th – until July 30), would you be so kind to suggest other dates for the mission?

As for the DRG dates, I will notify you as soon as I will have the final answer.

Best regards,

Subject: next missions

 Dear Mariana,

We promised to come back regarding next mission’s timing. It would be good if we could have a next short mission (2.5 days) before summer vacations. We could make July 23-25 if that would be suitable for you. We foresee that we’d need to take few hours with DM (especially Mr Dundua this time) and minister to focus on strategy execution and reporting issues.  Additionally, we could take some time to work with SSA people on core business process (claims management) and to map key areas of IT development needs.

Please let us know if this would be suitable timing.

For the DRG next mission we suggest week starting with September 11th. Would that work for you?

I’ll come back regarding patient pathway mission asap.

With best,

Triin
