Thank you very much for your inquiry and please excuse my extremely delayed reply.

We are pleased to hear that the Minister expressed interest in this year’s European Health Forum Gastein conference “Health in All Politics – a better future for Europe”.

Our newest programme update, with detailed information on sessions and speakers will be published very soon.

In terms of logistical matters, Minister of Labour, Health and Social Affairs is invited free of any conference fee. All other expenses are usually covered by the ministries themselves; however, in some cases the EHFG covers also the accommodation and shuttle-service from Salzburg airport – and that could be arranged for the Georgian Health Minister too.

Our office will be happy to provide you with support and assistance in organising Minister’s and members of the cabinet stay in Gastein.

I’m contacting you from the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, International Relations Division, regarding the invitation we received from European Health Forum, on 20^th European Heatlh Forum Gastein Health in all Politics – a Better Future for Europe which is to be held in Bad Hofgastein, Austria on 4-6 October ,2017.

In order to proceed with the Ministers invitation we need more information about the financial details,  whether the participation of the candidate could be financially supported.
