I would like to kindly address you from the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia regarding Mr. David Sergeenko’s participation in International Liver Congress 2018. As you are informed,
Minister, Mr. David Sergeenko will present the “progress toward hepatitis C virus elimination through provision of care and treatment services, Georgia, 2015-2017” on April 12 during International Liver Congress 2018.
The registration of the Minister is already done, but the bio was not uploaded, as the system did not request it.
Would you be kind to inform us details on payment of Minister’s visit expenses?

After EASL congress Minister plans to depart to Barcelona. So, there is a necessity to reimburse one-way ticket from Paris to Barcelona (AF1548
U 15APR 7 CDGBCN HK1 1520 1700) . Will you
arrange purchase of
the ticket?

How much is designated for the hotel? According to the flight itinerary, Minister requires 4 nights’ reimbursement (check in 11 April, check out 15 April). Do we need to book accommodation on our own or
you will provide hotel reservation?

And the last, if subsistence allowance is considered for the Minister as a speaker, please, inform us the amount of the expenses to be paid.
