First of all, let me express my sincere gratitude to the US Embassy to Georgia for cooperation and support.
With this letter, I would like to kindly address you regarding Georgian citizens Ms. Dali Pridonashvili and Mr. Davit Jvarishvili whose 9-month old twin granddaughter Nia Gabelia, due to severe heart disease is undergoing serious medical treatment since her birth at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York-Presbyterian, Columbia University Medical Center. Due to Nia Gabelia’s complex disease and prolonged hospitalization, parents of twins have difficulties in taking care of them. Therefore, to support growth and development of healthy twin mother is in desperate need of her parents’ assistance.
In this regard, we kindly ask you to assist Mrs. Dali Pridonashvili (passport number: 16AB87428) and Mr. Davit Jvarishvili (passport number: 16AB69890) to obtain US visa.
