Esteemed colleagues,

I am reaching out to you to follow up on the process of the signing of the CDC- GoG MOU.

Ambassador Kelly will host the signing event: this is tentatively scheduled to take place on May 5^th. This assumes CDC Atlanta can finalize their legal clearance and translation of the document; I am waiting for confirmation on this so that we can send out the formal invitations.

I wanted to ask if you could share this tentative schedule for the signing event, May 5^th, with your respective Ministers as a “save the date”. I also hope you are available for this date. If this date does not work, please let me know and we will reschedule accordingly.
