Subject: I-94 e-mail - Sergeenko, David - 6/19/17

Greetings,

The CDC Human Resources Office has cleared your campus access contingent upon the I-94 (arrival/departure) class of admissions record that is presented to CDC physical security upon arrival.

Your I-94 will be accessible after you pass through customs at a US Port-of-Entry. You may check your I-94 status on an Android or Tablet once you pass through Customs.  This will insure your I-94 has been entered into the system correctly. We recommend that you verify your status before departing customs. If there is a discrepancy, the I-94 can be corrected before departing the airport.

Obtain your I-94 here - https://i94.cbp.dhs.govYou will need to complete the required fields and submit. Print the form and be sure to bring it with you when you arrive on campus.

NOTE:
You will not be allowed on CDC’s campus to conduct business if your I-94 shows your class of admission as a B-2 (tourist) or WT (tourist –Visa Waiver Program).  If you discover that you are unable to access your I-94 or if your class of admissions shows B-2 (tourist) or WT (tourist) and you are in Atlanta:  Please e-mail deferredatlantaga@cbp.dhs.gov  for a resolution.  After the e-mail is retrieved by Customs and Border Protection, Customs and Border Protection will make changes in the system and the corrected I-94 will be accessible to view and print.  Response times can range up to 24 hours, providing the e-mail was sent during normal business hours.

If you are not in Atlanta, or prefer to go to Deferred Inspection in person:  Listing of Deferred Inspection locations – www.cbp.gov/contact/deferred-inspection/overview-deferred-inspection.
