Here are some of the comments and the MoU.
5.4 Is fine
6.4 At this point we believe that this is the best way to generalize the intent of setting up training or including the training into existing system. At this point it is impossible to write a concrete steps, programmes, strategies etc.
6.5 I’m not sure if you know how the funding of the healthcare system works here. Funding goes to the service (hospital/ambulatory etc.) through different programmes based on special calculation per/patient/service and/or/day. The service (hospital, ambulatory) allocates funding to personnel, medications, medical supplies, communal services, maintenance services etc. Therefore the statement in the paragraph 6.5 reflects the system that is established in the country.
