Dear Elza,

for once, I would like to address you on a non-labour issue. The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung is conducting the 4^th Regional Academy for Social Democracy in Tbilisi and Kakheti from 15-21 October 2017. This is a project designed to bring together 24 progressive young leaders from the six Eastern Partnership Countries, Russia and Germany. The program we are going to organize in Tbilisi will focus on the experiences of Georgian Health Care reform. Because of this, it would be great if it was possible to set up a meeting with Minister Sergeenko, to receive some first-hand information on the policy implemented so far, and the future plans. Could you please advise us whom to contact at the ministry with such a meeting request?
