The Parties agreed to collaborate in the field of occupational health and safety, in particular to share experience and good practices of the relevant institutions of Romania on establishment/operation of Labour Inspection system.
მოკლე ინფორმაცია ინსპექციასთან დაკავშირებით.
Currently, Georgian Government is in active phase of re-establishment and staffing of Labour inspection (currently, Labour Conditions Inspecting Department is operating under the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs consisting of 25 labour inspectors and working in frames of state programs). In March 2018 Georgian Parliament adopted a Law on “Occupational Safety” granting increased mandate to Labour Inspectors to inspect Health and Occupational Safety of workers employed in high risk, hard, harmful and hazardous sectors. In order to implement new responsibilities, the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia is planning numerous activities targeted towards technical improvement and sharing experience of other countries is of high importance.

მოგესალმებით,
გაცნობებთ, რომ 2018 წლის 4 ივნისს, ქ. ბუქარესტში, იგეგმება საქართველო-რუმინეთის ორმხრივი ეკონომიკური თანამშრომლობის ერთობლივი მთავრობათასორისი კომისიის მორიგი, მე-2 სხდომის გამართვა. საქართველოს მხრიდან ხსენებული სხდომის თანათავმჯდომარე იქნება საქართველოს პირველი ვიცე-პრემიერი, ეკონომიკისა და მდგრადი განვითარების მინისტრი ბატონი დიმიტრი ქუმსიშვილი.
ქართული მხარის მიერ საორგანიზაციო საკითხების დროული მოგვარების მიზნით, გთხოვთ, მიმდინარე წლის 11 მაისამდე, მოგვაწოდოთ იმ კანდიდატურათა ვინაობა (კომისიის წევრი/ექსპერტი), ვინც მიიღებს აღნიშნულ ღონისძიებაში მონაწილეობას და ასევე, წარმოგვიდგინოთ საქართველო-რუმინეთის ორმხრივი ეკონომიკური თანამშრომლობის ერთობლივი მთავრობათაშორისი კომისიის მეორე სხდომის ოქმის პროექტში შესატანი საკითხები ინგლისურ ენაზე.
აქვე გაცნობებთ, რომ რუმინეთის მხარის მიერ მომზადებულ ოქმის პროექტს, რუმინეთის დელეგაციის სიას და ღონისძიების პროგრამას წარმოგიდგენთ დამატებით.
ამასთანავე, თანდართული ცხრილის შესაბამისად, გთხოვთ, მოგვაწოდოთ განახლებული ინფორმაცია ამავე კომისიის პირველი სხდომის ოქმით გათვალისწინებული საკითხების შესრულების მდგომარეობის თაობაზე (ინგლისურ ენაზე).
