Dear Participants,

 

UNHCR Tbilisi Office is pleased to welcome you all as participants of the study visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina to exchange good practices on Roma and Statelessness Issues.  Attached you find agenda and Concept Note that has already been shared with you. The list of the participants is as follows:

 

  1. Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia (MRA) – Irakli Kokaia, Head of the Department of Migration, Repatriation and Refugee Issues;
  2. Ministry of Justice of Georgia – Mr. Levan Gulua, Advisor of the international Law Department;
  3. Public Services Development Agency (PSDA) - Darejan Mchedlidze, Chief Specialist of the Civil Acts and Registration Unit;
  4. Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia – Ms. Nino (Nutsi) Odisharia, Head of Social Protection Department Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia
  5. State Ministry for Reconciliation and Civic Equality – Medea Elibegova, Chief Advisor of the Civil Integration Division
  6. Public Defender’s Office (PDO) – Ms. Tatuli Todua, Head of the Department of Protection of Civil, Political, Economic, Social and Cultural Rights of the Public Defender’s Office of Georgia;

We already communicated that UNHCR will cover all expenses related to travel and stay in Sarajevo. UNHCR Office suggests that all delegation members stay at the Hotel Holiday, which is just next to UNHCR’s office and meeting venue and booking will be arranged.

 

As for the meals, lunch will be provided on both days 15 and 16, but on the 17th no lunch will be provided.  One evening dinner will be arranged either on 15 or 16 May.

 

Please kindly send your bank account numbers, copies of passports and addresses to Ms. Nino Berelidze at berelidz@unhcr.org (also copied) upon your earliest convenience to timely proceed with the payments. Travel Authroization forms with the indication of flight details and amounts that will be transfered to your account will be provided.

 

We would also like to invite you all for an intorductroy meetign at our Office next week and the date will be communicated shortly.
