I spoke with you today about patient Achiko Metreveli.   We need the letter to be changed before we can make the appointment for Achiko.

The Letter should guarantee payment of up to £3000 .

The letter should read:

Regarding patient Achiko Metreveli, Date of Birth.....

Please accept Achiko Metreveli for Mitochondrial Testing at Newcastle Hospitals Trust.

The Minister for Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia will provide financial assistance up to £3000 for these tests and guarantee to pay Newcastle Hospitals Foundation Trust when invoiced after the patient is discharged.

This guarantee is valid for treatment from 14 May 2018 to 31 May 2018.

Please state the address the invoice should be sent to.
