Dear Members of the Executive Board,

In view of the upcoming Executive Board (EB143) next month, reference is made to the attached notice for travel arrangements sent to you on 11 April 2018.

If you would like to have your travel (and per diem) covered by WHO, Executive Board members have two options:

1.        to make their own travel arrangements and be reimbursed travel expenses in accordance with entitlements, by bank transfer or after arrival in Geneva, or

2.       to make travel arrangements through Carlson Wagonlit, the WHO official travel agent. If using Carlson Wagonlit, reservations must be made by sending an email with the required travel dates to whogva.ch@contactcwt.com, indicating “EB143 – May 2018” in the subject title. Reservations can be made with Carlson Wagonlit as from Monday, 14 May 2018. Please note that initial/tentative reservations made with another travel agent would not be able to be used.

Regardless of the option chosen, please send your itinerary by email to EBitineraries@who.int , once the reservation has been made, in order that the appropriate administrative actions can be taken.

In case you need further clarification about the reimbursement of your travel cost during the Executive Board, I will be based in office 7142 (7^th floor) in the main WHO building and can be reached on my extension (12613).
