Subject: Draft provisional summary records - EBSS4
Dear Executive Board Members,
We are pleased to provide you with the draft provisional summary
records
of the Special session of the draft thirteenth general programme of
work
(EBSS4), with the request that you review these for any necessary
corrections.
The draft provisional summary records are now available for review on
the
GBS SharePoint site at the following link:
https://workspace.who.int/sites/PermRepEB/SitePages/Library.aspx.
Please note that these summary records are provisional at this point,
until the summaries of statements have been approved by the speakers.
The
text should not be quoted. Please send any corrections for inclusion
in
the final version by e-mail (dcmdocs@who.int), on/or before Monday,
15
January 2018.
Following the review period, the provisional summary records, amended
as
necessary, will be posted on the official records page of the public
governing bodies website. The final text will appear subsequently in
the
“REC” volume series, in document EBSS/4/2017/REC/1.
This move is intended to enhance and speed Member State access to the
materials and reduce print and distribution costs, in line with the
drive
to establish processes that make use of modern technologies and reduce
expenditure and use of resources, in addition to offering faster
access
to official records.
