The 67th session of the World Health Organization’s Regional Committee for Europe will take place in Budapest between 11-14 September 2017 at the Budapest Congress Center. We are expecting high level delegations from each country’s Ministry of Health, including yours. Considering the time left until the event, we would be very grateful if you could remind your Minister of Health about the upcoming event and the need to register and book accommodation in a timely manner.

 

We would be most grateful if you could help us by providing information on the following topics:

 

1)      Could you please let us know at which level your country will be represented at (Minister, State Secretary, Deputy State Secretary etc.)?

2)      Can you please information us about the travel method (airplane, train, car) of your country’s delegation?

3)      If your country’s delegation will be arriving and departing via airplane, does the Embassy plan to provide transfer? If yes, could you please share your transfer plan?

 

Concerning the travel of delegations, we would like to inform you that the Ministry of Human Capacities will be providing access to the Government Lounge at the Liszt Ferenc International Airport to your head of delegation and delegates travelling with him/her both on arrival and departure.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Human Capacities will be providing each participant transfer from the airport on arrival and to the airport on departure. In order to make sure each delegation receives the appropriate vehicle, the answers to the above questions will ensure that arrangements are in place by the time the delegations arrive.

 

We thank you in advance for your kind cooperation so that your country’s delegation will enjoy a most fruitfuil and comfortable stay in Budapest.
