Attached is the fully cleared modification. Note there were a couple of edits. Also note that we are trying to see if we can get this document translated in time for a Thursday signing with the Secretary. Can you please confirm what language the originals were signed in? Also, can you please share this document with your ministry contacts? We are sharing it with the Embassy in DC.
