Dear colleagues!

With deep gratitude we received the information on kind and appreciable readiness of Georgia to donate 3000 units of pharmaceutical product “Sovaldi” to the Republic of Armenia free of charge

By e-mail with working order we received from your side the draft of agreement with its appendix as well, which is offered to sign between us till the acquisition of the medicine.

We kindly inform you that the signing of the agreement is an acceptable variant for us as well, though, according to the legislation of RA, long term is required to pass it by national coordination process. For us an easier variant is to accept and couch it by the decision of the Government of RA, in the future providing you any official letter on the receipt of the burden in humanitarian way.

If the signing of the agreement is not a mandatory condition for the Ministry of health of Georgia, please inform us about it, as well as inform about the work fulfillment.

Again, we would like to thank you for the appreciable support and expect for your opinion.

Best regards,

Dr. Hayk Grigoryan
