Dear Tina,

It is good to hear from you. Senator Lugar would certainly enjoy meeting with Minister Sergeenko. The Senator’s schedule is fairly open on June 22 and 23 and suggests 11:00 a.m. on June 22 for a meeting, but can be flexible to fit in the Minister’s schedule.

Regarding the roundtable discussion, how large of a gathering do you have in mind, and who do you envision participating? As you recall, we have a beautiful large conference room for hosting such a meeting, however, our staffing resources are somewhat limited at the moment as we have had one staff member leave for law school.

I am delight that you have thought of the Senator and The Lugar Center on both accounts.
