We would like to ask you to take part in an interview with Dr Franklin Apfel, WHO Temporary Adviser, during the Conference in Tallinn, 13-14 June 2018. Dr Apfel assists me in writing a book for my 10 years work as the WHO Regional Director for Europe, 2010-2020.
